RENTAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

RETURN LABEL(S) ENCLOSED
To return these items, please use the label(s) located in the clear pouch on the outside of the box.

IMPORTANT!

  • The labels are valuable so do not lose them. Missing labels must be reported on the date boxes are received.

  • Do not send duffles back COD. Any COD freight collect charges will be billed back to your account.


RENTAL RETURN GUIDELINES
To ensure proper credit of your return and avoid additional weekly rental fees:

  1. The linen rental period is for 14 days. Linens must be in transit by date indicated on the order packing slip included with your shipment. If UPS is unable, or refuses to pick up the package for return, it is your responsibility to drop them off at a UPS station.

  2. You must use the UPS Return Service Label provided. Contact our office if a replacement label is needed.

  3. Only return one order per duffle. All orders must be returned separately with their designated UPS return label.

  4. Mixed orders will be subject to replacement fees, it is important to take the time to separate your orders.

If an additional label is needed, the charge is $15.00
